Acceptance of your order:
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your E-mail address you will receive an E-mail from us confirming that we have received your order.
Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

Prices:
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.

Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 2 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

Returns, Refund, Cancellation policy:
If you wish to return a product please contact us first. If you wish to return any item please ensure that you have all the original packaging and your proof of purchase. You are required to provide these items in the event that you need to return any goods.

All our stock is inspected prior to shipping. If your stock is found to be faulty/ not up to standard or not what you ordered, you may return it to us for replacement or refund using the return and customer service information provided with each item shipped.
It is important that we receive the goods complete with its original packaging within 30 days of initial shipment.
We cannot accept returned goods where items / original box are incomplete nor if items are not in their original pristine condition i.e. items that have been wilfully damaged, scratched, neglected, modified or repaired, which shall be sent back to the customer at their expense.
We regret that we cannot replace items outside this period.
